Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:CHK) appointed James R. Webb as Senior Vice President, Legal and General Counsel.
Mr. Webb is going to join the company on a full-time basis. He served at the company for four months on a contract basis as Chief Legal Counsel. For the past 17 years.
At McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma’s largest law firm, Mr. Webb has worked for 12 years and before that he worked at GorsuchKirgis, the law firm in Denver.
Company’s CEO stated that the company isso much pleased for Webb to join company’s senior management team.
