LONDON--Acromas Holdings Ltd., the parent company of the merged Automobile Association and Saga Group, is still planning for a London flotation, the Telegraph in London reported Saturday, citing the company's chief executive.
"Being listed in London is the best place for this company," said Andrew Goodsell. "You would be foolish to rule out an IPO even if a whole lot of bankers are looking at alternatives."
In the flotation, Acromas could be valued at between GBP8 billion and GBP10 billion ($12 billion and $15.6 billion), the Telegraph said.
